An image is 1 credit, a video is about 12 credits, and a workflow template starts at 20 credits. Length and redos add to that. For Credits packs and pricing, message our sales team on WhatsApp.

Auto top-up when the balance runs low

You can set “top up this amount when the balance drops below this many credits”, so you’re not watching it.

Credits are tied to the account

Credits have no expiry date. On the annual plans (MST™, Agent Platform), if the subscription lapses without renewal the remaining balance is forfeited — use it up before renewal. Marketing is a lifetime plan, so nothing lapses.

How much can I make with 450 Credits?

QAI Marketing and QAI Agent Platform both come with 450 Credits on activation. An image is 1 credit, so roughly 450 images. Video uses more — about 12 credits each, so 450 Credits is around 37 videos. A workflow template starts at 20 credits. Actual usage depends on length and how many times you redo it.

Do Credits expire?

Can I get a refund?

No. Subscription fees and Credits are final once paid — no refunds and no pro-rata refunds. That includes cancelling early, not using features, or not using it at all. You can cancel anytime; billing stops and access runs to the end of the current term. Please read the Refund Policy before you pay.
