This Refund Policy applies to all products and services provided by AJ ENDLESS AI SDN. BHD. (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) through the Qi Ai platform (https://app.qiai.tech).
By purchasing or subscribing to any of our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1.1 No Refund policy
All payments made to AJ ENDLESS AI SDN. BHD. for subscriptions, credits, or services are final and non-refundable.
This includes but is not limited to:
- Monthly Subscription Fees (USD 147)
- Annual Subscription Fees (USD 997)
- Wallet Credit Top-Ups
- Add-ons or Service Upgrades
We do not provide refunds, prorated refunds, or credits for:
- Partial subscription periods
- Unused features
- Downgrades
- Early cancellation
- Lack of usage
- Change of business circumstances
All subscription purchases are considered final.
1.2 Subscription & Billing Terms
Subscriptions are billed in USD.
Monthly subscriptions are billed automatically every 30 days.
Annual subscriptions are billed in full at the time of purchase and renew annually unless cancelled prior to renewal.
Failure to use the services does not relieve the subscriber of payment obligations.
You authorize us to automatically charge your selected payment method for recurring subscription fees until cancellation.
1.3 Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Cancellation will prevent future billing but does not entitle you to a refund of any previously paid fees.
Access to the platform will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
Upon cancellation or termination, you will lose access to:
Funnels Automations CRM data Digital assets Training materials Support calls Community access
We are not responsible for retaining or exporting data after account termination.
1.4 Wallet Credits / Top-Ups
All Wallet Credit purchases are:
- Non-refundable
- Non-transferable
- Non-cash redeemable
- Not convertible to subscription payments unless stated otherwise
Unused credits will not be refunded under any circumstances.
1.5 Failed Payments
If payment fails or remains unpaid for more than 7 days:
- Your account may be suspended
- Funnels and related assets may be deleted
- Access may be permanently revoked
Reactivation may require payment of outstanding balances and/or reinstatement fees.
1.6 Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting our support team first is considered a breach of this agreement.
If a chargeback is filed:
Your account will be immediately suspended All access will be revoked Associated digital assets may be permanently deleted Future access to our services may be denied
We reserve the right to provide all necessary documentation, agreements, and usage logs to the payment processor or financial institution to contest fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with:
The laws of Malaysia for entities registered in Malaysia The applicable laws of the United States for U.S.-based customers
Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction deemed appropriate by the Company.
